Winter training starts this weekend!

Two options for running on Saturday:

1 - 11am at the band stand in the Peoples Park in town with Martin (he is also doing a kettlebells class in the same location at 10am if you're feeling really energetic)

2 - Trail run Portlaw woods at 10am leaving from the cross roads just up from the Church on Church Hill. I'm going from Tramore & Spins is going from town if anyone wants to share a lift

Pace will be very easy on both runs

Sunday cycle will be leaving from the Top garage on the cork road at 9:30am. Pace will be easy and the route will allow people to get back to town / tramore at a few points so they don't have to stay out too long. No one will be left behind or have to cycle back alone
