Thinking of heading to Kildalton college on Tuesday evenings for short tempo run. Think its a 5 km run up the drive of the college. Think its €30 for all the sessions. Check out carrick road runners website. 6.30 pm start.

"Super-Valu winter league

Tuesday November 2nd will be registration night at Kildalton college, Piltown as the Super-Valu winter gets underway. Registration will take place from 6.30pm and all levels of runners are welcome, runners can run the 5k course to get themselves familiar with it but wont be timed on the night. Each person will be assigned a number which you will use each night that you run, it costs €5 for your number and it is €3 per week thereafter. If you can't make it the first night don't worry as you can join any week, and a reflective bib is essential for every runner."
