Ironman 2010 Empty Random Thought!!

I was just thinking, after my 81miles cycle last Sunday, to do the Ironman I would have to continue cycling back to Dungarvan and then get off the bike and run back to Waterford. Not to mention the 4k swim beforehand...

Now I am a bit freaked! affraid

Did that guy just say how surprisingly easy it was to do a 9:08 IM on the Zurich course?

If it's that easy, maybe I'll just do the same...
