I was planning on a run on Sun morning, it will have to be fairly early need to be heading off home about 12 if that suits anyone?

Logically speaking, after racing of a Saturday and enjoying a few sociable beverages of a Saturday evening, the wise man or woman might have a sleep in, a lazy breakfast and a read of the Sunday newspapers. I am, therefore, addressing the illogical and the unwise.

Anyone planning on getting some training in on Sunday down in Valentia. I know a 15 mi run was had last year (not by this present author, who jibbed out drunken

). It's a nice part of the world to do some cycling as well, though I know there were some concerns about getting home for the 'triathlete's' bedtime' - id est, 6.30 p.m. approx Sleep
