I don't know about that Helly. What Barry is doing here would be classified as pornography in many countries:

Re: Valentia Results
Yes, we had a great weekend in Valentia, some very red body parts going home after the heatwave.
Loads of stories to tell...Shane in a sprint finish for 3rd place, just losing out a few meters from the line, Martkin K getting pushed under the water at the tight swim start and getting his goggles kicked off, Mick Bowes crashing off his bike soon after starting the cycle, taking down a female competitor with him, Siobhan K winning her age-group, Brian in that sprint finish with Liam D, just stepping onto the mat before him, The fabulous lasagne that was made for everyone (by now a legend!) and the tasty dinner that everyone enjoyed (apart from Gavin who got no chips with his dinner..he would have if he had dined with us...), The fab. weather, lazing around in the houses and campervans...at times we thought we were away in europe on hols....An excellent weekend.

Valentia Results
All, what a display by WTC in Valentia, unbelievable times and a force to be reckoned with.
Results available on http://www.redtagtiming.com/
Some of the main observations:
1) Mr S Scalding just 3 seconds away from a podium, brilliant performance and good to see the 7 second gap has gone down to 3.
2) Bike Splits of The King of Kilmeaden and not to mention the bike split of a certain Mr G Quinlan :-)
3) Mr T Casey's run split, welcome back TC.
4) Mr N Ryan's injury woes are behind him it seems, looks like the warm weather training stood to u :-)
5) And finally, after being told not to push it with his leg injury, Mr B Slattery was just cantering along when all at once Mr L Dillon appeared and with his career on the line, Mr B Slattery decided that he couldn't let a Dillon beat him so he risked his whole season and his Ironman on sprinting to the line :-)
So as I always say after Valentia, 5 weeks to Kilkee :-)
