Ladies Training Day - Limerick, March 6th

Hi girls,

Anyone interested in going on a Ladies Training Day next sunday (March 6th) hosted by Limerick tri club in UL? I read about it on their website yesterday and emailed to enquire about it and got a message today to say I was welcome to come along. I've just emailed again to see if there are more spaces (I'd say there will be space for anyone interested in attending). It costs 30 Euro and the details are on the homepage of Limerick Tri Club (www.limericktriathlon.com). It looks really good and just might be the kickstart I need to get going!
