Joey Hannon race - Limerick

Well done to everyone in Limerick, amazing performances. Must have been the good Limerick air that brouhgt out the best in you all :-)

Forgot to say Big Thanks to Olive C (who wasn't feeling the best so did not race) and Teena Casey for setting up the BBQ the night before and then on race morning, setting out the chairs and table and awning, in between the 2 campers to have a nice cosy enclosed area to feed and supply tea/coffee to most of us..some got so comfortable they nearly fogetting they had a race to do...

Great race by everyone in Limerick yesterday at both the Olympic distance and the shorter try-athlon race. Some super split times by some...Shane had 2nd fastest bike time (on a borrowed bike from Vinny Power), Martin K had the 6th fastest..Stephen D had the 4th fastest swim time...(I'll put some photos's up on Facebook later on..)
