Yes, Brilliant time by Martin yesterday and up to 2wks ago this would have ensured he held the club record for the 10miler but Jim Baldwin (who joined us 2 wks ago) ran 59.01 yesterday. Another brilliant time.

Well done to Martin Kirwan for breaking the hour comfortably in 59.40 yesterday in Dungarvan. Great achievement. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm thinking this is the fastest 10 miles run by A WTC athlete?

Any other records out there? Anyone finish a race after their wheel fell off?
