Martin Kirwan - You are an Ironman - 11.55. Congrats man. Superb run 3.43 unbelievable.

Thanks lads and ladies for all the good wishes, reading all the comments I feel I just have to turn up on the day. All loaded up now leaving at 5am hard to believe its here now, just shake off this cold in the next couple of days everything should be ok. Dont relax to much Brian in Kenmare when your climbing the Healy pass on Sunday just think it's all ahead of you next year. Copperman we still have Kenmare to contest or is that tatics again giving me false sense of security , and yes the malt loaf will be on board on Sunday. Thanks again all, any one going to Kenmare enjoy "train hard play hard" hopefully posting on here next week with good news.

Good Luck on Sunday Martin. Hope you get rid of that head cold and virus by then. A bit of TLC from Olive and you'll be right as rain! You've worked hard to get to this point, just enjoy it now. We'll be thinking of you in Kenmare, bringing the laptop on our backs on the cycle to keep track of you!

What can I say? Have a great day and enjoy! I will be thinking of you and the fun you are going to have. Additionally when you have finished the course I will have to demote myself in the Martin vs. Stefan competition, something in this case I will be delighted to do.
