Saturday Cycle Empty Saturday Cycle

I am not doing the Duathlon on Sunday and wont be around to help(sorry Helen) but am planning a cycle on Satutday, frost permitting, anyone interested, probably go for a couple of hours. Dont want to go too early because of frost but need to be back about one or two.
