Sorry, Tom, I'm afraid you're mistaken - Stefan isn't actually doing an ironman...

Re: Saturday 5th Cycle
We did send you a text when myself Mr bowes and spins decided to give the duvet a good work out but being a real man you went out early. Anyway you and Emmet will thank us later in the year when you laugh at anything the Ironman throws at you. Good character building stuff and all that.

Where are the MEN?
I headed out this morning at 8.30 to begin cycle early. Arrived at TOP garage at usual time. My spider sense indicated that there was something amiss. I had expected to see a few people brave enough to leave the comfort of their 40 tog duvets, but no! No-one! Then cutting through the wind and rain arrived Emmet, already a man made of iron, even if yet to earn the badge of ironman. Off we two intrepid cyclists went; deciding to head into the wind for lemybrien for a laugh. Yes, we laughed at the elements! After cycle received word from Peter that he had a mechanical problem and ran back 10 miles carrying his bike barefoot!
Now ask yourself "where were you!!!"
Point of note the phrase "where are the men" is purely to grab attention and in no way to cast dispersions on any of the female athlete members of WTC
2nd note, I am not looking for a man!

Re: Saturday 5th Cycle
Think I may squeeze a cycle in Saturday, with Mike on dodgy forecast though Sunday appears much the same. 9.30 meet at Top garage fine with me.

Tom, definitely interested in a nice and handy bike ride as I'm slowley on the road to recovery, a couple of hours will do me? Don't mind where we meet this time!!!
Don't know about the weather though, the forecast that I just looked at has heavy rain for Saturday and Sunday!

Saturday 5th Cycle
Going for Cycle on Saturday, if any of you injured runners are interested. Need to be back for 12 the latest so heading of at 9.30 or earlier if that suits. Meet at Top garage or Tramore Cross if the Tramore Mafia insist. Nice and handy now!!! Forcast kinda allright??
