I think the Form is still the best way to get information out.
Some of the lads meet Sat @ 9:00 across the bridge and cycle for about two and a half hours.
Cycle Peter's hills of Kilkenny about 6 of us good spin.
If this suits any one. I leave Tramore at just before 8:30 and meet Shane on route.
