Re: Saturday cycle
I usually run on Sun morns so I'll be sticking with the Sat morn spins, but.....I'll be hungover and guilty while you're all cycling tomorrow, resting on Sat for Ballycotton and away for the following 2 Saturdays.
So really my opinion doesn't count for much!
Enjoy the spin tomorrow everyone. Great to have such a big group last Sat, time flew by.

Re: Saturday cycle
If we are sticking to saturday would it be an idea to start hitting portlaw on sundays? so as to be running with legs a bit tired from cycling

Saturdays on Sundays for long spins.
Just floating the question regarding the long spins - have we kind of officially changed onto the Saturdays or wha'? I've no great preference for either Saturday or Sunday, but it does make a difference to planning my week, as I like to take reasonably fresh legs into the spin so I'm not keeping people hanging around too long at the top of the hills

Re: Saturday cycle
We can do a loop of about 60 (3.5hrs???) for any one who wants to be back, we can add on then for any one else feeling energetic.

about 70- 80. You can add a bit on at the end if you want. We leave Tramore at 9 so you'll have plenty of time.

I'm not fussed this week - Saturday or Sunday is fine. Although, Saturday would give us one extra day's rest before the Paddy-athon...

On a rest week, Copperman, so no Marc-Modification required. So feel free to drag Spins up any wind-blasted precipices you can find in some God-forsaken neighbouring county. Meanwhile, I'll be doing the flatest 30 miles I can find

Saturday sounds good to me, just less hills this week too please, can we just stay out of Co. Kilkenny? How about Dungarvan and back, main road one way, coast road the other? At least i know where the hills are coming on the coast road......

Saturday cycle
Again plan to cycle saturday this week in morning. Non weather related just better for me. Peter said he was interested, let us know. Plan about 60 miles, could require some Mark modifying factors though? 9.30 start meet at BOI can meet on route

Hey lads, I'll tag along too. Leaving from BOI or RSC at 9.30? Anything to avoid riding in the rain.
