Another great turnout tonight, 22 cyclists despite the wind and threatened rain with 8 new faces trying out the course.

Between last week and this week, many people have set pb's, a lot quicker than last year so things are looking good.

Thanks to Marshall's, great crowd there. Got home and found my chain had broken held on by one side only That was a close one. Can't wait til I fix it and see if I can squeeze any more speed out of the old body!

What a great 1st night! 25 eager cyclists, TT bikes, aero helmets, sunshine, lots of enthusium & competition.... many people were faster tonight than their overall fastest time last year & Martin not being far off the overall record.

In case some people only "half read" Martin's post, I just want to point out that our TT's will be on Tuesday nights this year (not Thurs nights like previous years). Please arrive early to sign on and get organised as we want to start the 1st person at 6.30pm sharp. It still gets dark quite early at the moment so we don't want to get caught out. 10miler for the 1st few weeks.
