Swim time-trial results (take 2)

Well done to all at pool last Wednesday..
Congrats to Barry for huge loss of 48secs and Aubrey for loss of 9secs..
Nearly everyone took time off in the kick, quiet a few big drops

Don't get discouraged if you added time to your 400m..Considering it was after the xmas break we all took, and between floods and freezes you all done really well...

Now its time to shake out the cobwebs, start getting out of the bed early in the morning, and get to the pool.

If you plan to train 3 times a week (every week) and try to follow the sets you get, you will notice big improvements come competition season..
