I take it we can register for this in the morning, I haven't decided if I'm going to do it yet. Probably depend on the weather.

I myself will not be defending my 21st position from last year. But was asked to put this up

Hi all,

The Tramore Duathlon is taking place on Saturday 26th of February on the Promenade in Tramore.
This event is possibly the largrest Duathlon in the country with excess of 250 competitors year on year.

As always the profits for this event go to a local charity and this year it will be no different.
Down Syndrome Ireland will be this years recipients.

This is not a Tri Ireland Event and as such the dreaded One Day Licence is not required.
The entry fee of €20 covers your insurance, excellent goodie bag and much more...
