Clonea Duathlon, Tramore Spokes Duathlon

I was asked to put these up.

Clonea Duathlon (new event) - Sunday, February 13th, 2011

Following a trial run of the event last October we are now proud to
promote the inaugural Clonea Gold Coast Duathlon on Clonea Strand,
Dungarvan.

This is a 5km run, 20km bike, 5 km run course and is ideal for the
early season to help shake off those cobwebs. The course is relatively
flat so is ideal for the beginner to triathlon.

Tramore Spokes Duathlon - Saturday, February 26th, 2011

The largest Duathlon in the country for some time now, this event is
back and bigger than ever. As usual the Promenande in Tramore will
play host to the event in what is always an excellent occasion.
