No tumble turns have been allowed in any of the sprint distance pool swims over the last year or 2 but for some reason they were always allowed at Joey Hannon. It looks like they may enforce the ban this year....Aerohed will be pleased Very Happy

Tumble turns are banned Mark, 10 second time penalty for every tumble turn!

It says no tumble turns are aloud for the swim?! ...Is this enforced??? Suspect

Very early start though!

They normally have a list of everyone's start time and lane no. but I don't see them up yet.

Anyone know if you can register on Sunday morning this year and also what are the start times for the races?

The info on the Limerick Tri Club website seems to be from 2011.
