Hi lads , Just thought Id say hello. You both seem lonely down here , you can imagine how I feel I dont belong to any section this year. So Ill head away now just wanted to "touch base" with you both. Probably see you around. Bye now. Hope you dont mind me dropping in here from time to time.

Hi TC, very kind of you to pop in, glad to see someone thinks of us! You are more than welcome to pop into this lonely corner of Waterford Tri. Brown stuff flowing big time looked at diary only a few weeks left. Anyone, by anyone I am of course referring to Martin and TC, got a how to train for Ironman in 3 weeks training plan handy? Obviously I use the word Ironman in the context of 'long distance triathlon'!

Hey slatts what are you doin down here, off for a little wander. are you sure that wasnt you wearing the Santa suit in the Tramore hill climb on Sunday. Thanks for the kind words copperman Im a bit lost this year not going long I feel kinda left out. No 3 week programme but dont worry about it , the swim will be no problem , the bike will be ok and the run is going to hurt anyway no matter how prepared you are.
