Ironman chat

Anyone interested in a chat get together regarding training or anything Ironman at some stage?

Would like to talk.

A chance to sit around rabbiting on endlessly about bricks, VO2max, Zones, lactate thresholds, transition, one pieces, two pieces, shaved legs, gels, bananas and carbon fibre thingamyjigs. Count me in, sounds exactly like my cuppa tea. Wonder if Ruth might be interested in tagging along, not!
Where , when and can we do it more than once?

To be fair, Martink, I think you're probably better positioned to demonstrate the leg-shaving, no?

Monday in Geoff's sounds a plan to me...

I dont think anyone wants to see my shaved legs Marco if they do that's no problem, was more thinking spins could have 1 leg shaved and 1 unshaved he could talk us through the advantages while wearing the afore mentioned clothing He is only looking for an excuse to shave them anyway

If every one is happy to travel all the way out to Kilmeaden we can have the chat here at our place, we will have cake of some sort. 8pm does that suit every one? Ye can car pool from Tramore. Any one planning on doing Galway or Kenmare are welcome.

A good few can't make the chat tonight so it has been postponed till next Monday night, 8pm at Martin's house (near Kilmeaden).

As people are anxious to have a chat about things, it will have to go ahead on this occasion (sorry if it doesn't suit everyone but, with a week's notice, hopefully people can work things out..)
