Sunday Spin 20th March

Well another Sunday spin and a good turnout, weather started off a bit cloudy but soon turning into a glorious sunny day! There was two groups Norma, Olive C. & Bob Cowman, they headed out to Leamy & back, about 40miles!
Th rest of us, Kyle Barrett, Mark D., Emmet, Darryl, Tom, Davin, Ger, Jim Baldwin, Pio, Ian Walsh, Seamus Doyle and myself did between 50 & 60miles, averaging around 18.5mph, not a bad pace for a handy spin!!!!
We cycled to Leamy, Carrick and back to Waterford!
Great to see Davin back on the bike after his operation on his knee and this was only a few weeks ago!!! We all soon realised that he is as fit as ever, driving the pace on and causing carnage in his wake!!!
Well done to everyone today for working hard and staying in the group for the whole spin, tough going at times!!!....
