I will tag along for the spin, wont be doing 100 though Embarassed

. I will cut off in Clonmel do about 60/70 max. Any one else looking for a shorter spin?

"first long cycle of the year" 75 miles yesterday felt fairly long to me.

Its a bit short for the townies. Spin out to Tramore and back needed to get it up to 100 miles......

A number of us are heading out for a 100mile spin on Paddys day! affraid

We will have a couple of decent stops i.e for tea/coffee, cakes etc..... We will meet at 8.30am at Top Garage. The proposed route is to Clonmel, Ardfinnan, The Vee, Cappoquin, Dungarvan and back to Waterford! (any other suggestions welcome!). There are shorter routes on the way for those who do not fancy the 100miler! We will keep the pace steady as this is the first long cycle of the year and to get the legs aclimatised!!! If sombody wants to "map my ride" this route and let us know the exact distance please let us know!
