Congratulations to Ian Walsh who completed 2 very tough races recently.
The aches and pains were barely gone from his legs after running 81k of mountains in Switzerland (4920m of climbing!) in 14hrs 7mins when he headed off to Dingle last weekend to do the Ultra Marathon there on Sat.
He completed this 50mile (80k) run in a brilliant time of 8hrs 52mins.
Brilliant!
