My Ironman effort

Hi guys.
As some of you may know, we have a large family of 8 children, two of whom have special needs.
I decided originally to do the Ironman in an attempt to raise much needed cash for Down Syndrome Ireland and the Irish Pilgrimage Trust, both of whom do fantastic work for children with disabilities and their families.
Are any of you guys doing your Ironman for charity? If not would you like to?
It's no bother if you do or don't, as I will be anyway! I'll be promoting my campaign on WLR FM, probably next week, I'll keep ye posted. If you do want to get involved, just get in touch and we'll take it from there. If you want to know more about my chosen charities, check out their websites or ask me for more info.
