Nenagh Triathlon

Well Done to our participants in the Nenagh Sprint Triathlon today. What a scorcher of a day to be racing in...a few burnt faces afterwards..
4th Shane Scadding 1.03.18 (1st in age group)
20th Stephen Doyle 1.08.39
55th Noel Ryan 1.13.50
60th Gavin Quinlan 1.14.33
67th Mark Hayden 1.15.20
Martin K cycled the 80miles up to Nenagh to watch the race (got a lift back with Olive C) and Shane & Noel cycled the 40miles back to Cashel after the race so there was still lots of training done.
