Well if it's 'a gentle spin' I reckon the road bikes.
If you're planning on some serious training, the TT bike.
I'm up for the former option.

Leaving maxol garage Tramore at 9 in the morning, will be at the Top garage at 9.30. Planing on a very gentle 2-3hrs.

Now that most/all of the Ironman races are out of the way, anybody interested in starting up the 9.30 Sunday spins again? Can't make it this week but would be up for staring from the following Sunday.
