Re: Ironman Austria
Don't forget to log on to www.ironman.com from 7am in the morning to keep an eye on Martin & Derek in Austria. Just type in their surname into Athlete Tracker and you can follow them for the day.
(If you leave the name blank and put in Ireland as country you can follow all the Irish athletes.. I think Matt Molloy is going for the Irish record..either way, he will do a good time)
Weather is a sunny mid 20's at the moment, I think Martin is nursing a bit of sunburn from travelling through Germany a few days ago. He also came to the rescue of Derek who had a 42 chain ring on his bike, (and found the hills on the course tough) but Martin just happened to have a spare 39 with him.

Re: Ironman Austria
Yes, the best of luck to them both. Martin said the campsite and the whole area is fabulous over there
Martin is also looking to see who is interested in Austria next year as it will be opening up for entry the day after the race...people need to decide.....
I think he has a few names interested already....
(P.S. Aerohed is not doing an Ironman next year)
