Donal Jacob in Carrick Tri Club is organising Spinning Classes starting this Thursday night at 8.30pm to 9.30pm out in the new Goldstone Gym on the Six Cross Roads Business Park.
The class is limited to 14. Cost is only €50 for 8 weeks but you must pay the €50 before the first class. IF INTERESTED PLEASE CONTACT Donal on 086 1292724
