Dunmore East Triathlon

Good race lads wel done everyone.Good job colm on what was very busy with that wedding.Wel done boss chops.

Another great race last Saturday. We had over 500 competitors take part from all over Ireland and a few who made a special trip from the UK to compete. (This is the Pembroke Tri Club's 4th year coming over for our race and they said it's their best and favourite race every year).

Thanks to all the marshals - over 70 of you (including Stefan's kids at the water station and Stephen Butler's kids at registration & Treasa who was everywhere) who were there from early morning to late afternoon helping where ever was needed. Everyone worked great together as a team and it was evident in the way the day ran smoothly.
Without your help and continued support it would be impossible to hold a race. We got lots of compliments about our high level of marshalling so eveyone should be proud of themselves!

I will have t-shirts at swimming in Dunmore East tonight for anyone who did not get one on Saturday. Hope to see ye there..
