Hey, the rate one-piece fever is spreading, don't knock it as next year you could well be in one yereselves(word?). You could well end up eating your hat or your two piece for that matter....
Funny/Strange thing is though, I kinda like the moniker The Pink Flash, would have to change the name of MY club again then though....

Davin, Stefan...we will hopefully park where we stayed overnight last year...is that your plan also?

Roisin is actually doing the Olympic - its her 1st one.

The wave allocations are up on the TriAthy website at http://www.triathy.ie/images/stories/OlympicWaves.pdf

A little bit all over the place...it's done by age-groups but with no particular sequence.

Men 40-44 are in the 1st and 2nd waves so Ian Kelly and Mike Bowes get a nice clear start to the race as they are in wave 1 and 2...for some reason Shane is in the 35-39 age-group (even though he is listed correctly as 40-44 on the entry list..) and is starting in wave 9.
We will have to wait a while for Marc O'C, Colin Fanning and Mark Daly to finish as they are last to start in wave 12) All ye young men under 40 are starting from wave 6 onwards..

I count about 30 from the club taking part on the Sat. I think its just Roisin O'Grady and Peter Barry in the Sprint race on Sunday.

Is anyone else apart from myself and Shane staying in Athy on Fri night?
