Yes, I heard ye had a great cycle...12 of ye in total! That's a great start! The shorter group did 25miles with most opting to continue on to do over 30 miles...a nice handy pace also..pity I missed it..

Very enjoyable spin this evening.

Thanks to the 'ironmen' (Martin, Shane, Tom C, Slatts) who accompanied us mere mortals.
It was interesting to have the 'bigwigs' with us for a change Razz

There will be a club group cycle on Tuesday evening's from Tue next the 11th meeting at the top petrol station on the Cork rd at 6.30. It will be about 2hrs or about 20/25 miles see how it goes, suitable for all abilitys nothing too hard! if enough people are interested we can split into two groups.
