Bike Maintenance & "New to Triathlon" chat

I have text everyone about this already but just as a reminder, we are meeting at 3pm this Saturday at the Farronshoneen Community Centre (beside LeisureMax/Bowling alley) at Ardkeen.

We will be doing a basic bike maintenance session with special emphasis on puncture repairs (Our cycle group has gotten a puncture every Sunday for the past few weeks!) Please bring along your bike and tools so you can practice as it's easier to learn from experience.

We will also be giving a talk to new members (and rusty old members) about everything that Triathlon entails from training to gear/equipment needed to what to do in a race.

All members welcome as everyone can give their expertise and knowledge. Also a great chance to meet up with everyone else so hope to see everyone there...
