Thats handy at least I don't have to come up with a reason for not doing it, can we just cancel entire 2010 season and I can play Wii and eat biscuits!

For anyone hoping to do this race, it has been cancelled for this Sunday due to bad weather. Keep an eye on www.mallowac.ie for news of re-scheduled date. Ye will have to keep up the training for another few weeks...

I'm gonna do it weather permitting. I expect to go sub 55mins for this one following a hugely successful Christmas training regime.
