Marco what I meant was I wont be in much under the 12 hours (if im lucky) so Im not under as much pressure as those 10 hour guys or even the 11 hour hour guys like yourself. put a child seat on the bike and bring himself around for the spin. get that feel for the bike into him early.

Just on that one, anyone thinking on entering this, closing date is the 31st of July for the Iron distance and the 19th of August for the Olympic distance.

At my pace it doesent take as much out of me.

That's right, tc - sure you don't bother staying out there that long. It's only a ten-hour race for some Razz

At my pace it doesent take as much out of me. I dont think Kerry is the place for the PB anyway. you might as well come down for the spin. It would be a warm up for Lanzarote next year.

Two in a summer ! This is a worrying raising of the ironman bar TC. Scadding & Kirwan will end up signing up for three of them next year because of this affraid

Fair play to you Tom on the brownie points, that has to be done.

Yeah still on track for an assault on Kerry on the 25th of August. Are you coming down?

not going to Kerry now, going to Dublin with the Casey womenfolk and staying overnight. yippeeee shopping in Dublin much more fun than cycling over the lovely mountains of Kerry. But I need the brownie points, still doing the hard man Bob?
