Marco what I meant was I wont be in much under the 12 hours (if im lucky) so Im not under as much pressure as those 10 hour guys or even the 11 hour hour guys like yourself. put a child seat on the bike and bring himself around for the spin. get that feel for the bike into him early.

Did the cycle at the weekend..Some course, flew around without realising, scenary is amazing...well worth the trip if people are on the fence..

Just on that one, anyone thinking on entering this, closing date is the 31st of July for the Iron distance and the 19th of August for the Olympic distance.

At my pace it doesent take as much out of me. I dont think Kerry is the place for the PB anyway. you might as well come down for the spin. It would be a warm up for Lanzarote next year.

not going to Kerry now, going to Dublin with the Casey womenfolk and staying overnight. yippeeee shopping in Dublin much more fun than cycling over the lovely mountains of Kerry. But I need the brownie points, still doing the hard man Bob?

Ring of Kerry Cycle
Anyone doing the Ring of Kerry cycle this weekend. I am registered for it and the weather doesnt look too bad(by this years standards) but not fully decided yet. By the way going for nice easy cycle.
