For Austria, see www.ironman.com. There should be a link to the Athlete Tracker there for Austria. Just type in the surname you want and choose from a list (if there's more than 1 person with that surname). Race starts at 7am in Austria so it's 6am here but they won't cross the swim finish mat till about 7am so you can get a lie in till then!

Exactly the same sentiments from me too guys and gals!! Best of Luck to All competing in the Ironman at the weekend.

I'll be thinking of you all when I'm giving the Viking Marathon (Half) a go, thinking of the distance ye are covering should keep me motivated to cover the 13.5 miles (which seems like an Ironman to me)

I know some are on their way already and the rest are travelling in the next few days but just wanted to wish everyone doing Ironman Austria the very best of luck. Hope you all have a fantastic time :-)
