The Island Run Empty The Island Run

The Island Run, promoted by soon to be WTC member Seamus Doyle of Balance fitness, is on this Sunday at Waterford Castle at 1pm. Enter asap if you want to do the run or just come over for a browse and a burger. (Plan to get there no later than 12noon to ensure you don't miss the ferry). It should be a great day and also my last chance for a beer with some clubmates before I head to Barcelona to get hitched :-)
