By the way I think you can do the 100 if the 150 seems too long. There are plenty of ways to make it shorter if you need to so if anyone is nervous of the 150 (like Me)you could cut it short in a few places and ensure your back for the rugby at 5. The route is practically the same for both.

Setting off at 9 sounds good kc.

Oh by the way Saturday seems to be the best day of the week. Well a bit better anyway.

I plan to do it and will probably have one or 2 people with me. So I dont plan for any serious pace. Hope to book in at about 8.30 and head off at about 9. Hope to do the long one but should be easy enough to cut it a bit shorter if we need to. if anyone is nervous about the pace or the distance dont, Hope to go for a long but not too hard a day.

considering it, completely weather dependant tho (had enough wind in Valentia to last the season )..watch this space..

Might be able to do about 85 or 90 k of it as it passes the house at that point, communion on after it, all depend on the weather/wind/rain....as usual!

Just wondering if anyone was planning on doing the "Viking Ride" this Saturday. Check out the web site vikingride.com. and see what ye think. I plan on doing 1 of them but not sure of the distance yet and I suppose it will be weather permitting.
