Anyone else going to do this:

Works out very well time wise in relation to regensberg

Don't like the idea of swimming 1500m up that stink river though.

Doubt I'll do it - I quite like doing the Olympic up there. Was mulling over the half-iron in Mullingar, though....

I'm not doing a full ironman this year, but the double olympic has caught my eye. Might see ye at that one. Also giving due consideration to the 70.3 in galway, tag hag that i am.

Tri Athy Double Olympic Empty 14th May Half Westmeath-somewhere?

Thinking of this one, no info up yet though! Definitely not doing 300 laps of that bike course in Athy anyway. Brian, does not matter where the swim is you are always giving out. Kieran, very disappointing tag seeking. If McDonalds start running triathlons suppose all you non Quelle Challenge participants will sign up. Where is your freedom of thought and action!!! huh!!!! scratch

Hmmmm. I suppose it's not just the tag in Galway, but also the free accommodation I have there that I find most tempting!! As for Athy, tarmac looks the same to me whether it's over one or three hundred laps. I wonder though, if McDonalds did sponsor triathlon, would the M-dot logo tattoos change appropriately and include the "I'm lovin' it" jingle too......!
