Christmas cycle in aid of Lions Club - Sunday 19th Dec

Just a reminder about the cycle on Sunday. I know some of you will have sore heads on Sunday morning but please still come along or even just come down to the RSC at 12.30 where the Thomas Frances Meagher band will entertain you before cycling into town Bring your kids but make sure they have helmets The forcast isn't great so if there is frost I'm sure we will still meet at 12.30 for the cycle into town HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE

Christmas Cycle In Aid Of The Lion's Club Christmas Hamper Appeal

On Sunday 19th December, we will have a change of schedule to our usual Sunday spin. Together with the Carrick Tri Club and other cyclists, we are trying to raise money for the Xmas Lions club hamper appeal and have a bit of fun at the same time. All abilities will be catered for with 3 different groups:

Meeting at The RSC at.....
9:30am-50 mile cycle (Dungarvan and Back).
10:00am-40 mile cycletowards Dungarvan.
10:00am-30 mile cycle towards Dungarvan but slower.

All cyclists re-group at the RSC at 12:45pm. You can put on your santa hats, tinsel, santa dresses, etc. etc. at this stage if you haven't already! We hope to do a cycle around town or somewhere as a whole group to publicise ourselves. We will decide on this closer to the day.
Look out for a photo of Dots (from our club) and Donal Jacob (from Carrick Tri) together with the Mayor and president of Lions club in the papers this week (or next week)
