This year's Splashworld 10k run is on in Tramore on Sunday 28th March - the day after our Duathlon in Butlerstown so those marshalling will have lovely fresh legs for it and of course there will be those who will do both!

It starts at 12.30pm and costs €10. You can pre-enter by post/over the phone (to Splashworld) or enter on the day.
