Well copperman, nothing is a challenge to TC when it comes to song and conversation whilst running in Portlaw :-)

I am planning to run Dublin, can't wait to spend time running the lovely hills of Portlaw. Sounds like a song, possibly set to the Sound of Music - a challenge for Tom!

I'll be doing the Dublin marathon I'd say. Looking forward to it and especially looking forward to the training in Portlaw in the run up to the Oct Bank holiday scratch

Just a note to remind people that entry price for the DCM goes up from €70 to €80 on the 1st of August.

Especially for those who woke up to realise that that wasn't a nightmare and they have in fact signed up for an ironman last night affraid

We should get a list going of everyone interested.....
