Bit silly of me to enter him as he'll probably try to drown me on the swim as he hasn't been having much luck taking me out of it on the bike

Round 2 of Hell of the West (Kilkee) entries are open on Monday morn at 10am. Anyone who missed out last time...set a reminder for yourselves..it will fill up fast again!

Entry link will be found on www.limericktriathlon.com.

There are a few of us in already...we will book houses for accommodation again. We will see how many get in before we book anything.

Registration for the Hell of the West will begin on Monday February 22nd at 8am.As per previous years, places will be released over time to give people a chance to register. Keep an eye on the Limerick Tri website http://www.limericktriathlon.com/ for further updates and details on how to register. make sure to get any...one interested in doing the race to join this facebook page for updates on entry dates and all of what will be going on with HOTW 2010!!!
