Marco, no amount of money could have made u kick that slow ,that was all raw talent mate Laughing
Aerohed i have yet to see this drafting ability u speak so highly of, unless ur counting over 3 years ago, me on my first night in Dunmore and here is this annoying fecker, whom i know nothing about, supperglued to my feet confused Or was it a few weeks ago on the swim from Hookhead to Dunmore...Oh Wait, u weren't there scratch Laughing
Copperman, im sure i will feel differently when i reach Shane's ripe old age of 50 Sleep

Swim time-trial results Empty Lack of repect for elders

Well this is disgraceful once again poor Shane, who is nothing but supportive is once again being singled out and picked on! If there is anyone who deserves this ridicule it is not our beloved shiny head oh sorry Aerohead!!!

I can say hand on heart that I have never suffered belittling comments about my lack of speed or inability to cycle over 15mph from our venerable or vulnerable (not sure of the right word) club mascot!!

Really young Steve when (eventually) you reach Aeroheads age you will expect some level of appreciation!!!

And before you ask NO I WAS NOT PAID OR COERCED IN ANY WAY TO WRITE THIS!

I would like to point out to my fellow club members that I Aerohed am not an elite swimmer! so this means a couple of things:-
1) Steve has a false impression of my swimming ability!
2) Steve is still upset because I can draft off him (in the sea)! Razz
3) I won't be able to enhance his coaching reputation as much as others in the club! i.e especially looking at last nights kicking times & "I DON'T MEAN THE WOMENS"! Well done girls. flower

I promise to attend the next TT session, to at least help the men to aspire to the womens times! Embarassed Very Happy

Rumours abounding here in the Tramore sect - latest on the grapevine......

It has been noted that a certain M. Bowes 'accidentally' took a 20 second break at the end of length 14. Word among Splashworld staff is that certain unscrupulous swim coaches have offered financial inducements to athletes *to deliberately underperform* in early season time-trials, thus bolstering said coaches' reputations when athletes register massive 'improvements' over the course of winter training..... Suspect

Needless to say, it took a substantial cash bribe to convince the present writer to swim so slowly in the kick section of the TT Basketball

Couple of things to note Smile
PJ demoted to last because he skipped 50m (altho he did point it out later)
Lot of waves/very squished for those who went second in kick (so lads, the gals should have kicked ur asses even more)
Shane scadding aka Aerohead, the elite swimmer we all keep hearing about, was nowhere to be seen hmmm (cue excuses Very Happy )
