Quintuple Enduroman
My quintuple enduroman race can be follow at enduromanlive.com from wednesday 6am.
The Deca started with 20 yesterday and they are already down to 16, the course is ment to be very very hard..........this should be fun............wish me luck

Yeah he's goin well alright. It must be tough as it's now 23:00 and only 2 finished so far.

Just been listening to Gerry Duffy on Ray Darcy... he's on day 7 of the Deca Ironman and is leading at the moment.
He also mentioned that Ian was currently in 2nd place in the Quintuple Ironman race (on day 2)
Ian's times from day 1
Swim: 1hr 30min
Cycle: 8hrs 25mins
Run: 5hrs 55mins
Total: 15hrs 46mins
So far on day 2
Swim: 1hr 35mins
Keep it up Ian!

Ian is still going strong.
Finished yesterda in 16hrs 24mins.
1hr 35 for swim
9hrs for bike
5hrs 50 for run.
So far on day 3 he did
1hr 42 for swim
10hrs 15 for bike
He is currently on lap 17 out of 25 on the run, (going by his avg time of 12-14mins per lap, he should be finished in about 2hrs.
Almost 3 Ironmans under this belt!

I can't see any of today's times so far for Ian's race - The final day - but he finished Day 3 in 17hrs 55mins (after a 5hr 57run)
