Just a gentle reminder to let you know that there is only 11 days to go to the Bonmahon Tri, 2011. One of the originals of the tri calender, this race is back after a three year break and promises to be bigger and better than ever.

As always there will be an excellent goodie bag and all profits will go to the Bonmahon Inshore Lifeboat.

Log onto to to register today. On-line registration will close on Thursday 9th June at 6pm.

Just a friendly reminder of the Bonmahon Triathlon which is taking place on Saturday, June 11th in Bonmahon, Co.Waterford.

This is the first leg of the Specialized 3 Bay challenge and to celebrate this you can enter all 3 races for €100...no one day licence required or membership of Triathlon Ireland required. These events are truly open to everyone!!

This is one of the oldest races in Ireland and is back after a few years of a break. It suits both beginners with a shortened swim of 500m but also proves very challenging for the more competitive triathlete with a testing run at the finish.

This year’s race is run in aid of the Bonmahon Lifeboat and enjoys the support of the local community.

Places are limited and have been filling fast over the last month. So to guarantee a spot and goody bag log onto and register today.
