Salt Tablets
I've located and been in contact with the only UK supplier of SUCCEED! S Caps who has advised me he will ship to Ireland. The tubs contain 100 tablets and cost StgĀ£14.99 per tub plus postage (not much I'm told).
S Caps are widely used in the US Triathlon/Ironman scene and are generally one of the more recommended salt tablets out there. One of the main benefits is that, unlike another popular brand, Endurolytes, which have to be taken every 20 minutes or so, S Caps are one an hour or so.
I'm badly affected by the heat and sweat LOADS so I'm getting a tub. Does anybody else want a tub while I'm ordering.

Re: Salt Tablets
Want to split a tub? Bad and all as I am, I doubt I'd need the 100 tabs before Zurich....
Either that or put me down for a full tub.
Now, all I need is an extremely large amount of popcorn....

I reckon the tic tac box is a good idea, put it in your bike bag and then take on the run.
I draw the line at wearing a fannypack / bumbag
You could also put them in your "special needs" bag. But i think these have a habbit of going missing so its best not to put stuff that you really need in them.

That's what I'm thinking too. If you come across a few of those bags, get one for me please. And vice versa of course.
If you bought a new suit recently, there was probably one in the inside pocket containing the spare buttons etc.
