long swim saturday

hi everyone,
there is another long swim session going ahead on sat 17th, 2-5:30 in the kingfisher pool. all are welcome. Please come along and swim for as long as you want to. The idea is that we all finish at 5:30, so if you only want to do an hour, come along for 4:30.
It would be a good opportunity to stretch out and go long in preparation for the dunmore east ironman swim.
there should be a few open water swimmers there to show ye sprinters how to do it !
