Weekend bike

I learnt a valuable lesson today. Never I repeat NEVER phone Martin and suggest a hilly ride. I am suffering from altitude sickness and exhaustion. It felt like trench warfare with bodies falling everywhere, although it was really only me who died. Sadly I kept dragging myself to life and dieing again. Groundhog day meets Ballymacarbarry (can't even spell it as my eyes were hanging out when we3 whizzed through).

Going to return to some proper training tramore and back slowly!

Have gone into hibernation and may come out for a local sprint tri! Of to bed until next year!

What a pleasant spin today really enjoyed it thanks to everyone there. Who needs to go to spain for cycle training??
We even stopped for coffees, what next sunday lunch??? Hmmmm
