Just to let you know that there have been a number of shark attacks in recent weeks. Apparently the sharks prefer warm chlorinated water for hunting so I suggest no swimming for you!! Too icy for cycling and running. Just stay home and relax, you can have a go on the Wii if you want!

Copperman I think you are starting to suffer from cabin fever, you need to get out......although maybe for experimental pupose's you could do all your training on the Wii see how it goes for 2010! all this training is over rated

Was playing the Wii today they have a cycling game. Really much easier than the real thing! Some of the bikes even have disc wheels! Anyway I was racing, near the finish line you will never guess who passed me? Martin!!! His name came up in flashing lights! That sneaky !"£$%$%^^&*(*%^$%$ he is now waging psychological warfare on my attempts to win! This will not be the end!!!!
