Mick Byrne 200 km Cycle (Wicklow Mountains)

I'm going to do this cycle this Sunday if anyone is interested in coming along?

I did it before and its a great cycle - the numbers that do it are very small compared to the likes of the Wicklow 200, most importantly the food points along the way were very good - I definitely made my money back in sandwiches! If we get the weather it will be lovely up there.

As you can see from the route and gradient links below its a very challenging spin - most of the day will be spent climbing, and the downhills don't last long so all in all it'll be good training if you want to improve your climbing!
